Last updated: January 2026

1. Introduction

These terms of service govern your use of the Willow Grace website and the therapeutic services provided by Dr. Sarah Mitchell, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, operating from London, United Kingdom.

By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our website or services.

2. The Therapeutic Relationship

Engaging with the Willow Grace website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a consultation does not in itself constitute a therapeutic relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship is only established once both parties have signed a therapy agreement and an initial session has taken place.

Dr. Sarah Mitchell reserves the right to decline to enter into a therapeutic relationship with any individual where it is deemed clinically or ethically inappropriate to do so.

3. Services

Willow Grace offers the following services as described on our website. Couples Therapy, Premarital Counseling, Relationship Coaching, Intensive Retreat Sessions, and Online Therapy.

The nature, scope, and duration of services will be agreed upon between Dr. Sarah Mitchell and the client at the outset of the therapeutic relationship and documented in a formal therapy agreement. All services are subject to availability.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our designated booking system. We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50 percent of the session fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend without notice will be charged at the full session rate.

Willow Grace reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary. In such cases we will provide as much notice as possible and no cancellation fee will be charged to the client.

5. Fees and Payment

Session fees are as detailed on our website or as agreed at the outset of the therapeutic relationship. All fees are payable in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is accepted via the methods detailed on our booking and contact pages. All payments are processed securely through our third party payment provider. Willow Grace does not store payment card details.

Fees are subject to review and may be updated with a minimum of 30 days written notice to existing clients.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared within the therapeutic relationship is treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the professional ethical codes by which Dr. Sarah Mitchell is bound.

Exceptions to confidentiality are limited and will be explained fully at the start of the therapeutic relationship. They include situations involving serious risk of harm to you or others and where disclosure is required by law.

7. Online Therapy

Where services are delivered via telehealth, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable private space and a stable internet connection for sessions. Willow Grace cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties on the client side that affect the delivery of online sessions.

Online therapy sessions are conducted via a secure encrypted video platform. Clients must not record sessions without the prior written consent of Dr. Sarah Mitchell.

8. Limitation of Liability

While Dr. Sarah Mitchell is committed to providing the highest standard of professional care, therapy is not a guaranteed cure or solution. Results vary between individuals and couples and cannot be predicted or assured.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
